It was our second time at Bambino's (as we live in Marin so a bit of a ride), but we intend to come back when in the City to enjoy other dishes off the menu. Costas (the Owner) greeted us and made a couple of really good recommendations from the menu. After that Anjali our waitress took very good care serving our table. Great neighborhood gem. Highly recommend Bambino's Ristorante. .
Crunchy thin crust pizza, nice petrale sole with corn meal crust, overall nice dinner for a rainy Sunday supper. And at prices that seem comparably fair for a local neighborhood spot.
We went on an early Saturday afternoon and I thought it would be packed, but we were able to got in with no problems. Just a bunch of regulars at the bar which I always love. Maybe we missed the rush. Friendly server. We had tje mussels for an appetizer, my friend had and enjoued tje chicken Parmesian. I had been craving Pizza so K chose the scicillian which was amazing! The Drink menu was a little more pricey than we expected, but everything is through the roof these days 🤷🏽♀️....
