My experience here at Bar TZA was amazing. The customer service was great from the start, got greeted by the owner himself. The drinks were so good and the amount of alcohol they put is not overpowering. The watermelon margarita (chefs kiss). The food we ordered the sliders, the tacos dorados and THE WINGS, BOMB!!!!! Later on during the night they opened the dance floor the music was great. (I forgot my phone at home and I was having so much fun that I even forgot about my phone) so overall experience was great.. if you’re looking for something casual good food drinks and music. I definitely recommend.

Stopped here at random with a date on a Thursday. Sports bar vibes, pretty empty but clean. Really good cocktails, chicken tenders, and garlic fries with ranch. Service was eh, not very attentive, busy chatting with other staff. Server packaged my to-go container and gave me less ranch than came with my meal - what was that about? Would come back when in the area

I came here with my sister in December of 2023 (coming from another state).We wanted to go out and listen to good music and have some drinks. We found a club bar on Google and when we arrived it was closed. That’s how we ended up in Mission District. We walked along the strip to see if we could find a good bar where we could start our night. After walking about 3-4 blocks, we saw Bar TZA and even though there were few people, the bar looked nice and dj that was there that night was playing really good music.As soon as we walked in there, the bartenders who ended up extremely nice and sweet, greeted us with a big smile. We looked at the menu and decided to go with the Watermelon Margaritas. Oh my God, the margaritas were incredible!!!!! That’s how you make a margarita. With a tajin rim and everything. The music was so good we began to dance and 40 mins later the place started getting packed with a good crowd.We honestly had such a good time, if we’re ever in SF again, we’re definitely coming here again. Thank you for making our night so unforgettable!!!!

Loved this bar! I hosted a going away party (9 years in SF!) there for 50+ people and rented out the whole place. I had never been to this bar and trusted a friend who had found it. It was AMAZING! The staff was great, both at the door and at the bar and tolerated my friends' inability to deal with an open bar. They accommodated everything we asked for. I really loved this place and would come back for sure if I stayed in the city. Highly recommend it to anyone, for just a drink or to rent out like I did. Superb experience ❤️
