Cons: The drinks were just okay, not particularly memorable. Each plate came with only two tacos, rice, and beans, and the total was $142. Honestly, that felt way overpriced for what we received.

Barrio at Ghirardelli Square is such a great spot if you're craving Mexican food with a view. The location is perfect right by the waterfront with ocean views that make your taco and margarita moment even better. I had a few tacos and a classic margarita and both were super flavorful and satisfying. The vibe is relaxed and fun and the outdoor seating really adds to the experience especially on a sunny day. Definitely a good stop when exploring the area.

I visited Barrio with my wife and daughter, and we had a great time enjoying several delicious dishes and excellent cocktails. The atmosphere is lively, and the place offers a beautiful view. However, it’s definitely not the most child-friendly spot — the menu doesn’t have good options for young kids, and the vibe is much more suited to adults. Still, it’s a great place for a night out or a casual drink with great food.

Dude I thought it would be touristy- boy was I wrong - the food was amazing - the service was stellar EVERYONE. Was super duper nice, Lisa, Carla, Rusiel were very nice and kept checking in on us. We will back again for sure :)
