Customer service is the WORST you will ever experience in any industry. They take zero ownership of any fault. The customer is never right even though that's the hospitality slogan.
Leslie at the front desk automatically jumps to accusations toward the customer calling out irrelevant information to try to prove no point at all. However, there were some issues with the room, such as a loud bathroom fan and garbage pickup noise. Despite this, the staff was accommodating and received a 5-star rating. The rooftop bar was a highlight with a wonderful ambiance at night, making it a perfect spot to end a fun evening. Conveniently located near restaurants, BarVIA is a good choice for a stay in San Francisco.
