Made reservations to eat prior an event and was told that “open table wasn't working” That was after I called a couple times to both the hotel and the restaurant to confirm I could park there they both said yes since I had reservations. When I got there the hotel turned me away. Didn't know what to expect but should have just paid for an overpriced hot dog at the stadium instead

Customer service is the WORST you will ever experience in any industry. They take zero ownership of any fault. The customer is never right even though that's the hospitality slogan. Leslie at the front desk automatically jumps to accusations toward the customer calling out irrelevant information to try to prove no point at all. Instead of working with the customer, she puts the blame on them without any kind of apology whatsoever. All that was offered was a name and email address of HR. Samantha, the on duty supervisors, was just as unhelpful as Leslie. She not once offered any type of empathy for the situation and actually cut the phone call mid conversation to forward to her manager that was off duty until the next day. The valet is incompetent and doesn't value other people's property even when they volunteer to "help".

This bar has been closed for the entire week I’ve been here. Don’t believe the hours posted

Well we booked at table for birthday at 11:30am on Sunday. When we arrived the front desk told us it wasnt open until 4:00pm. They mentioned that it was Open Tables fault for opening the reservations. needless to say we wasted our time. Dont know who's fault it was but better management of reservations should be part of the training.

Bel endroit. Propre et confortable. Nourriture correct et cocktail intéressant. Peu être à l'extérieur ou protégé des intempéries. Un peu dispendieux. Dans l'ensemble agréable et je recommande.

Lovely rooftop bar opposite Oracle Stadium. Great view of SF skyline and Bay Bridge. Poke bowl was delicious! Good selection of wine.

We traveled to San Francisco August 15-17 to celebrate my husband's birthday. I selected this hotel for the location which is directly across from Oracle Park. We had tickets to a Giants game so I wanted to be close and I had heard the Via is a good hotel. We were disappointed. Our room on the third floor at the back of the building had issues. First, the bathroom fan cannot be turned off and it is loud. There is no sign indicating the fan can not be turned off. Next, the little tablet would not come on. I reported it and got a shrug from the desk staff. So, there was no way to order breakfast. Third, and worst, is the horrible VERY loud banging early in the morning from the garbage pickup.

The staff was very accommodating to our requests. They get 5 stars. Room was very clean and amenities were good. The rooftop bar was wonderful at night! A good place to end a fun night out. Close to restaurants too. The view of Oracle Park was great. Would stay here again.

Amazing view and even better stuff. Hands down to Aleksandar ( Šeja ), Pamela, and Milos, they really know what they're doing. Will come again to some rooftop party

Had an excellent stay. I live in the Sacramento Area and met a group of friends to go to a SF Giants Game and to make it simpler and more relaxing I decided to stay at the Hotel Via which is across thew street from the Giants stadium. I asked for an early check in which I ended up getting and dropped off my car at the Valet Parking and then checked in and relaxed in my room with a view of the stadium. When friends showed up I walked outside and met them and we went to the game. And then afterwards I had the long 2 minute walk back to the hotel. I went to the Rooftop Bar and hung out there for an hour or so after the game - it was very nice up there - beautiful view - cool breeze - and nice atmosphere. The room itself was really nice though I do wish the windows opened. Bed was incredibly comfortable as were pillows. I actually brought my own pillow because frequently I hate hotel room pillows but did not need it here. Bathroom and shower were very nice though I note the shampoo and conditioner that came with the room include some chemicals that are generally considered unpleasant and some places do not allow in personal care products (e.g., methylisothiazolinone)

Great hotel but maybe I a few tweaks could be better? I was in town to watch the Mariners play the Giants and got a stadium view room which I thought would be a perfect addition to the game experience. First off the room is very comfortable and well designed. The mattress, pillows and water pressure are all excellent but the odd things were the coffee maker (Ily) makes individual servings of espresso but the room only had one cup. My wife and I both enjoy coffee so I made one and poured it into one of the two rocks glasses. Also, our room was around the corner from the ice machine, but there wasn’t an ice bucket available in the room. Lastly, the roof top bar is amazing but it’s 2023… time to offer some non-alcoholic drinks

My wife, son, and I came to Via for the Giants game and an overnight stay. We wanted a stay a bit above the standard fare. What we got was an exceptionally friendly staff, amazing set of rooms with the stadium view, and relaxing amenities. The staff (one guy in particular that the front desk told me was Hector) made our stay the most pleasant stay we have had in a very long time. He was beyond courteous and saw to our every need with extra care. The other staff including a lady (not sure what her name is) was also very enjoyable and pleasant! To the management team: It's tough in these times to find an exceptional team that focuses so highly on our needs. Please keep them! We will make Hotel Via our #1 place to stay any time we come to SF and our word-of-mouth will speak of the highest regard for you and your team. Although our team lost and the game was disappointing, our stay made our long trip well worth it. Thank you staff of Via. Most of all, thank you Hector!

Very comfortable hotel. Very easy to enjoy a Giants game. Clean room and sparkling bathroom. We had a room on the fifth floor that was eye level with Oracle Park. Road noise was minimal. Very quiet room. We will back for another home stand.
