Flavorless slop with ingredients that make no sense (potatos, celery, and whole seafood mushrooms??). Don't just grab whatever spare ingredients you find that belong to the other ghost kitchens in your building.
Watered down gravy without a hint of spices and seasoning. Buddy your pan (I know they don't use a wok) is overcrowded and not hot enough. PS look at some of the food pics from other reviewers.. the colors you (don't) see should tell you all you need to know about the flavor.
Cashew nuts are technically present but somehow none of that flavor remains or is imparted to the rest of the dish. How do you even destroy flavor like that? Does that not violate some physical law of conservation? Are you not ashamed?
Wrong rice for the dish so the texture doesn't play well and the flavors conflict. Spanish(?) rice with yellow food coloring instead of jasmine.
Please, if you want to spend restaurant prices for Thai food get actual Thai food. There are so many good ones in the city!

Office got Doordash from here and it was fantastic! The curry special with green, yellow, and red, where you got to pick your proteins and ingredients (also with rice on the side) was fantastic and an amazing deal. Everything seemed to arrive on time. Definitely recommend

Was downtown late at night and looking for non-fast food. Basil Cart is part of a ghost kitchen hub located in SoMa. I walked to the Morris Street hub to directly place an order at the counter kiosk. The place is buzzing with food delivery workers picking up their online orders. I had a pad see ew which was nicely prepared and not too heavy with sauce. Decent portions of broccoli, bok choy, and protein. Will try the curry next time. There are so many other great food options at the ghost kitchen hub.

This is a one stop shop for multiple in-house kitchens for food to-go! Walking distance to the SF Criminal courthouse at 850 Bryant . The walk-in counter was very helpful. Don’t be discouraged from the outside (first left hand turn onto Morris st off of Bryant after 6th street. The restaurant Basil was delicious and I’ll order again!I had shrimp tempura and a milky soup with Thai Iced Tea.Pick

Ten minutes after the scheduled time for arrival of my order. If you can not cope with takeout orders stop offering them. A COMPLETE AND UTTER LET DOWN. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.
I think these guys are the Phuket I’m Vegan on Uber Eats. Their Pad Thai was inedible and smelt like chemicals. Couldn’t eat it and now I’m trying to get a refund from uber eats.

I’ve ordered from Basil Cart many times at this point, and it’s always excellent. Clean, high quality, and they easily accommodate gluten free + vegan needs, which is so helpful and appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

Yummy Thai food in San Fran! Was in the city for a night and needed dinner. It’s hard sometimes to find options that meet my allergy requirements. I appreciated this menu listed ingredients, for example, edamame with gluten free soy sauce. I ordered Pad Thai with chicken and the edamame appetizer. My order took about a hour with door dash. My food was fresh. The Pad Thai was a little spicy but tasty and good flavors. The edamame was flavorful too. Would recommend and would order again if I’m in San Fran!
