I recently had Jason cook for my 40th birthday backyard/pool party for ~18 adults and he was phenomenal! Not only are his paellas and tapas incredibly tasty, he is also an all around great person. We had the paella Valencia moderna and the vegetarian paella and both were excellent, even better than the paellas I have had in Spain. My friends/family are still raving about his food! The presentation of everything was very impressive and really elevated the already exceptional flavors...
Family members hired Jason for my birthday and he really lived up to his excellent reviews. He was punctual, very professional, friendly and warm. The tapas and paella were out of this world! We had almost no cleanup after he left. I would definitely hire Jason again!
