I saw a lot of bad reviews, but I actually love this place and have been here 5-7 times since my first time around 2 months ago. The staff are nice, albeit a little aloof. (Not in a bad way, it's a job. A lot of them are teens. I'd also be a little spaced out if I were them.) They are really accommodating. I dislike tea so I get a lot of brown sugar fresh milk, and even though they don't have it on the menu, they have made it for me multiple times. They even let me get the creme brulee milk tea without the tea for no extra charge, which some places refuse to do. On to the actual drinks: I've had the brown sugar boba with milk, the creme brulee with milk and boba, and the lychee yakult. I liked all three. The boba is chewy and the creme brulee foam is tasty. They use big cups (think large tea hut/little sweet) for CHEAPPP. They have a bogo promotion right now, so getting 2 creme brulee milk teas with boba is $10.

Don’t expect them to wash their fruit. I ordered a fruit tea today and was going to eat the apple inside. Once I picked up the apple slice there was a tag on it. Ewww

10 out of 10!!! We ordered brown sugar boba tea, flavor milk tea strawberry green tea with popping boba, soy bean latte, mont blanc ube cake and the Nutella crepes. Everything was delicious good prices too service was great you can order yourself at the kiosk with card or pay at register with cash

Originally, i thought the drinks were great, fantastic boba. But after coming back, 80% is ice when i asked for light ice. Do better.

I ordered matcha mango tea with boba and a mango slush. Both drinks taste too watered down and the matcha doesn’t taste fresh somehow. The waiting time is longer than I expected too. Not worth it. There are better choices in town.

This place is dumb. Why do you advertise crepes and then don’t sell them! Put a sign saying you don’t serve crepes after a certain hour. Poor business model. Not gonna return.

Tried BB Tea's Ube Mont Blanc cake at FoodieLand and I had to get it again because it's one of the best desserts i've had in years ! Too yummy !! Also got a Creme Brulee and Lavender Milk Tea, also super delicious.

Dear Owner, Customer Service was the worst. I walked in and was ignored for ten minutes. Someone else walked in and was waited on while I was still standing there. I walked out and will most likely never be back. It really bummed me out.
