the redesign kind of defeats the purpose of this place pre-pandemic. I will not be visiting. Every visit to the BB for me in the 00s was great. No violence, no theft, no aggressive people, just a lot of happy dancing people and electro music. Cheap drinks too.

My first impression of this place is when I met with an aggressive staff. Saw a guy at the entrance looking at me, asked him if he was a bouncer (assuming he wanted to check my ID). He threw me a fit saying: “do you think I’m a bouncer because I’m black?” Later he reminded me once again with an attitude that He IS NOT a bouncer (I think he was a DJ or something).
