This is the best Chinese restaurant, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. The owner is the best of all. The owner is very handsome and likes to tell the story of the Chinese restaurant to the customers, and there are free gifts. The owner is happy every day. Solid food and an amazing atmosphere. Beautiful historic and storied decor, an AWESOME balcony overlooking the park, and incredible service. Friendly staff and owners shared with me that it’s the city’s only four-story restaurant.
A very entertaining meal. The staff were super fast when they ran past our table over and over again.The free snacks were delectable. The cheez-it/Cheeto hybrid kept us alive while we waited over 45 minutes for food.Whenever we asked for water, they would point outside and indeed there was water on the street. We finished our meals and went to the street, where we found water. ?
