The potato skins were not great. Felt like it was lacking some potato. It was more like an empty skin with lots of sour cream. Our waitress was really sweet though and super careful about our allergies which was awesome.

Being from the Minnesota, this feels like the most normal Midwest style bar / restaurant in San Francisco. It's great food for a great value with friendly staff who will remember you. Top value in SF in my opinion.

I was originally intending to get a breakfast burrito. Ended up ordering a breakfast quesadilla instead.
This restaurant has a great ambiance and their outdoor patio is dog friendly. I got the NY steak rare ? and it was very good. Sorry the photo is blurry. The main issue I had with Bell Tower is their service was horrible. The waiters kept forgetting my order, it took 45 minutes to just get served a beer, which came after I was halfway done my meal. However, when I got.my bill, they did not charge me for the beer, which was nice of them. Still, if they hired better wait staff, the experience would have been much better.

Great food and drinks, and excellent service. All the servers are friendly, polite, and fast. It is a good place to sit outside, have drinks and people watch on a warm afternoon, or have the French Onion soup inside on a cold evening.

I pretty much stopped here by accident.The first thing I ordered was Nachos. They seemed like they would be pretty good except they were too spicy for me, so I had to send them back. I ordered Potato Skins instead. They were OK, but remember I was planning on Nachos so that somewhat messed that up. Also it was kinda loud in there and I was not expecting that, and definitely not in the mood.
