Bellaria Dessert Studio offers an intimate and innovative dessert experience. The five-course tasting menu features hand-crafted, thoughtful, and delicious dishes. The menu includes savory bites, followed by main attractions such as the Mandarin and White Tea dish with seabuckthorn and tonka, and the Pear Tatin Roulade and Souffle Bread Pudding. The Chocolate dish at the end is the perfect finale. The studio is small, but it makes for an intimate and homey setting. The service is impeccable, and guests can even meet the chef and learn about their inspiration. The Summer Tasting Menu is a great value at $75, which includes tax, gratuity, and all fees. The studio operates on Saturdays only, but plans to expand to Fridays and Sundays, and will offer an a la carte menu in addition to the tasting menu.
