I had dinner at the Kopali pop-up last night - it was terrific. Many of the same service staff as Bellota, so that was great, and the food - now gourmet Mexican - was delicious. Just the right combinations of spices, sauces (mole was great), traditional recipes with modern twists.. hope they extend their stay!
It was the Kopali popup tonight, high-end Mexican food. I had duck done carnitas, both juicy and crispy. The raw scallops were amazing as well. I hope this guy gets a restaurant of his own because everything we tried was delicious.
So sad to see such an amazing restaurant close down. It was such a treat to visit again before it closes! Had a wonderful date night with delicious food. I have often suggested this location for corporate dinners - and it's always been a hit! Thank you for everything
