All my favorite Ben & Jerry’s ice cream are here so creamy and delicious. Only complaint are the prices. It’s a little High.

This was not a sundae but a sad day ! Miserable small portion for about 15-16 dollars, bad fudge and a very dismissive person at the counter. Apparently the “independently owned and operated” that they are proud of, is lowering the brand standards

Came here on free cone day (April 8, 2025) and it was a fantastic experience. Only had to wait 5-10 minutes and many flavors on tap. Great event for the community and located in a beautiful spot along the wharf.

1 star horrible customer service . I went today 04-15-25 to go buy ice cream and worker was so rude and giving Additude and complaining. Ruining me from even trying to order my ice cream . Worker was so rude .

Im sorry but the service was really terrible, The cashier started to shout and yell on me, she doesn’t try to understand the costumer Her lucky was that I bought the milkshake from her and it was ok

Strange business behavior. Extremely overpriced compared to Ben & Jerry's from the supermarket. You practically can't see the person serving you at all. You can really save yourself.
