The ice creams are delicious, nothing to complain about. But then the setting is almost frightening: the store is so dark and obscure, with employees who are hard to hear, hidden behind thick Plexiglas, that I would never have gone there if the Ben & Jerry's logo wasn't there. visible. In addition, unlike all other ice cream stores in the world, it is impossible to see the tubs of ice cream in the window, and therefore impossible to choose your ice cream based on its visual appearance (and given the sometimes unclear names of B&J ice creams, well courage to make your choice). This store absolutely needs to be redone: with the setting of the port and the name of the brand, it would be possible to do so much better.

Nice fife ice cream with strawberries in syrup inside an ice cream block, it made the hairs on my legs stand on end and believe me I haven't waxed for a while

I mean Ben & Jerry's is already my FAVORITE ice cream to get from the grocery, so excited to finally get to try one of their shakes based on my favorite flavor (Half Baked). Very good though it does all blend together, wish perhaps some smaller chunks of cookie dough / brownie made it in.

such a cute and inviting ben & jerry’s located right near the historic pier 39 at the fisherman’s wharf. i always love getting the chance to get some b&j’s at a scoop shop and it tasted amazing as expected. yes, it’s a bit more expensive than some of the other ice cream spots but it’s always reliably tasty and staff were also friendly.

Same delicious Ben and Jerry’s products that you can find anywhere but with the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Employees didn’t even acknowledge us at the window and when they finished their conversation and finally came over there was no greeting or anything - just a “do you know what you want”. Never repeated or clarified our order, just gave a total, and then had the audacity to ask for a tip. So here’s your tip - this location needs some customer service training. We won’t return.

Just happened. Walked up at 8:05PM as Google said they close at 8:30. Girl in the booth yells "We closed at 9PM" at me when I went up to the window. I replied that it was only 8PM because I was confused. She opened the window, said "trust me we're closed", slammed the window, then went back to her phone. I literally just wanted ice cream what is her problem.

Really upsetting, they were out of most of the flavors, went back and forth wether or not they could make a milkshake, and then got our order wrong and didn't offer to fix it, find another ice cream place :/

Single scoop, large in a cup. $7.59, or something like that. (August, 2022). Fast, pleasant, and efficient service. Downgraded to 4 stars only because of price.
