Super disappointed. On New years Eve I took the kids on at 8:50pm because I thought they were opened until 9. They told us not to enter because the shop was closed. They messed out on at least 60 worth of business. Won't go back

Only vegan option is chocolate chip cookie dough and the cones that aren't dipped in chocolate are vegan. Staff was super nice and remade the shake when we forgot to specify to use almond milk.

8$ for a scoop of lemon sorbet in a cup - the scoop was not even a proper scoop, the lemon sorbet had berries (?) but the man insisted it was only lemon even if I could see pink things lol . There is a Walgreens about 1 minute walk, you can get a pint of B&J for less than 8$

Thanks for the delicious ice cream recipes and fun tastes from Ghirardelli! Another wave of love for San Francisco confirming that coffee ice cream with chocolate chunks keeps us all happy! More promising cookie dough flavors of the fleet of ice cream's favorite desserts! To form the old time fashioned favorite of war candy and cookies despite what's happening to where you are and how dangerous for residents.

Had never been to a Ben & Jerry's store before so we popped over after dinner. Great fresh served ice cream and waffle cones. A huge selection of their ice creams to choose from! We got The Tonight Dough and a white chocolate waffle cone!Was super cool to experience B&J in person!

It's near the wharf and sooo delicious. The price is reasonable and there are a lot of tables in the store so it's a great place for dessert and have a rest. There are so many flavors to choose and I'd like to try other flavors next time. Anyway it was a perfect dining experience in Ben & Joe's

I wish I could give this place -100 stars but I cant or I wouldn't be able to write a review. I loved coming here but Ben n Jerry's you have lost a loyal customer FOREVER. When I came in to get my usual vanilla ice cream the person serving me was digging for gold in their a*** My vanilla ice cream soon turned into a chocolate when they served it to me with the same hand. I was BEYOND disgusted.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Visibly witness manager yelling at employees. very unprofessional and very rude. Also saw women touching her nose then touching my cone ... gross And to top it off, there was a long blonde hair in my ice cream. I usually don't complain but this is where i draw the line

It seemed like the employees there didnt know they worked there, but they gave us super huge scopes of ice-cream so cant complain ? The place could have more seating though

My experience at this Ben & Jerry's was great! This is why I was really surprised to see so many bad reviews of this place on Yelp. We went on a Saturday afternoon. The line wasn't that bad at all. We even got a table to sit at. The service was nice. The young lady that was helping us was kind, friendly, and very patient. They have lots of yummy flavors you can choose from. I got a scoop of Marshmallow Sky and Americone Dream in a waffle cone. Sooooo good! Vanilla ice cream with fudge-covered waffle cone pieces & a caramel swirl was something out of this world. The place looked a little messy. It had napkins on some tables from previews customers, plus some of the seats were a little dirty, but it's all totally understandable due to the high traffic. I liked my time here and I would love to come back!
