Horrible service. Placed an order for delivery. There website says it will arrive in 20 min. Door Dash driver indicates he is still waiting for order 20 min later then another 20. After one hour of waiting my order gets randomly canceled. Should have known better and read the reviews first. Would not recommend if you actually want your food!

I could only rate this place from a delivery perspective because that's all you can do. Bens fast food is not a dine in restaurant. The food is good and the prices are moderate
One of my faves. The bowls are so delicious- my fave protein is the carnitas, but wow the wagyu? Amazing. I often order a side of meat and use it for another meal later- endless ideas for quick recipes at home with the proteins.
So, this place has potential. I’ve had it several times and the quality is pretty consistent, the ingredients are fresh and the salad dressings healthy and yummy. This last time I got it, cucumber and veggies were mushy, not the best. My main issue is the portion. The chicken is hardly a couple bites, and even when I’ve paid for extra, I got no extra. This picture is of apparently extra chicken. I just wish they’d raise their prices to make the portions a normal size or actually give extra protein when I pay for it.
