I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!

First time I order from Ben’s fast food and it totally hit the spot.I ordered the chickpea and potato mixed bowl which comes with greens, grains, chickpea, cauliflower, pickled onions and sauce of your choice.It was super tasty and the portion was huge.Best value for money I’ve ever seen, I highly recommend. I would definitely go back and try the chicken bowl.

Interesting restaurant concept featuring an entire menu that is free of gluten, dairy, soy, and seafood. Ordered a large order for the company using DoorDash and it was all labeled and delivered on-time. Liked the wagyu beef mixed bowl and people were raving about all the other bowls as well. Portions seemed like they would be small since the bowl pricing was so inexpensive but it was a good hearty meal.
Needed a quick, healthy lunch and found Ben's on a delivery app. So excellent! Chicken bowl with avocado and walnuts added was enough for two people. Tons of chicken and everything. Chipotle dressing was delicious too. Really good value and high quality ingredients.

I ordered the following: -Green Smoothie: Not sure if this was freshly made but it didn't taste terrible. The color and taste was decent, not too much ice. -Chicken Hearty Bowl with Smoky Chipotle Sauce: I added slow roasted chickpeas and potatoes as well as fresh avocado slices. It was filling but at an extra cost.
