Highly organized, super clean, extremely high level cooking, prepared by a very hardworking team, and served by a very professional and warm staff! The chef at this restaurant is obviously a genius, to say the least!

Elegance personified. This is not "punch you in the face" overly stuffed experience. It's a perfectly orchestrated and almost "light" 20 -ish courses of "American" food: Asian inspired, sake & wine.

We chose Benu to celebrate our 10th anniversary, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with both the service and the food. Despite its Michelin star status, the hospitality and culinary innovation fell short. While the starters impressed us, the main courses lacked creativity, variety, and flavor. For instance, rice served as an accompaniment for three of our dishes felt uninspired. What saddened us the most was the response from the manager when we shared our dissatisfaction; instead of an apology, we received a dismissive comment implying that tastes vary. This lack of acknowledgment or care was disheartening.Contrasting this experience with our recent exceptional birthday celebration at Atelier Crenn, where they went above and beyond to make our day special, reinforces our belief that Benu does not meet the standards expected of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Absolutely Divine! Each 'bite' is it's own expression of flavor and talent. They have a lot to be proud of. I tried things I would have never tried on my own. Albeit now, I doubt others will live up to the new expectations!I will say, having read the other reviews here, they should try a few newer things, as it seems they've been doing the same set for 5+ years, making repeat visits bland in terms of originality.Parking: Valet parking.

The service was flawless. Every dish was delicious. We left stuffed with our palates tingling. Stand out was the caviar dish. I couldn't capture all the beautiful dishes. The wine pairings were exceptionally on point. Well worth the time and $$$$.
