This little coffee shop–bookstore next to Whole Foods on 24th in Noe Valley is such a local treasure. It’s small, cozy, and full of character — the kind of place that instantly feels like home. There’s no menu, which I actually love, because the barista can make anything you ask for — and somehow, it always comes out perfect.

Good vibes in a cool location. I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately, the espresso drinks are mediocre without the price to match. I ordered a latte, it was pretty watered down/under extracted and the steamed milk texture was off (too much big bubbles, not enough micro-foam). This place has a lot of potential to be great: I recommend to the owners that the espresso setup be tuned and the baristas be trained by a professional. For now recommend skipping it if just looking...
