This is one of those reviews that as a local I almost don’t want to post because Billingsgate is that good. Freshest seafood in The City, and the service is phenomenal. They also have all of the fresh herbs you could need for any of your seafood dishes which is a nice touch, and their food is fantastic. One of the real gems in SF.
The freshest fish, love treating myself to a poke bowl. Their attention to detail is also impeccable, they inspect each shellfish so when my friend bought a batch of cockles they had a 100% open rate upon cooking. Staff are so friendly
We love our neighborhood fish shop! Great selection of super fresh seafood, great lunch menu and friendly staff (they give stickers to kids).
Best seafood in SF. I've gotten like 100 poke bowls here. Get the tuna with ginger sauce, extra avocado on rice or salad.
My favorite fish monger. All kinds of prism fish and there’s also a great happy hour for oysters and cava. Get the kusshi oysters
Great quality product but a bit pricey and you have to get there before things run out
They offer a good selection of seafood. The quality, pricing, and customer service were great!
We absolutely love this place. Great quality fish and oysters. Service is excellent, everyone there is so nice. The hamachi crudo is exceptional
I will refrain from buying raw fish here - they are not fresh and service is very poor. We got some salmon, Spanish mackerel, scallop and hamachi that’s super overpriced (over $60) and staff didn’t even bother to slice it for us. The worst thing is that the fish is not fresh and we had upset stomach overnight.
Cute little shop with a variety of seafood. Had the scallop ceviche and octopus. Both were good with a light flay

A seafood store with flavors of Italy and Japan. You can order seafood to take home and eat or prepare, or dine in. Service was welcoming and helpful.
We had the Spanish octopus carpaccio and Wild Scallop Ceviche both of which were light and tasty.
They also had a nice section of Japanese shoyu and food items and Italian food items.
The bathroom was clean and pleasant.
The area, Noe Valley, is a busy, active neighborhood with nice shops and eateries, full of friendly people and families.
Lovely fresh fish. Good poke. Nice staff. Great location near the park.
This place is incredibly good, in my opinion the best selection of amazingly fresh sea food in San Francisco.
IMO this is the best place to get fresh fish poke or sandwiches in SF. The oyster special is great too. A hidden gem.
It’s pricey but as the saying goes: fresh fish ain’t cheap and cheap fish ain’t fresh.
This place is really good. Lazy man cioppino is the move. Hamachi crudo is also life changing for a quick lunch. Keep it up Billingsgate
