It's cute corner coffee shop on the pier good to get coffee and walk around the pier they do have some items to buy to take home like their bags of coffee beans and cookies...what would make this a 5 star place for me if I would suggest making the paper bags have the logo, the clear cups have the logo, straws red, instead of selling ice cream that can be purchased at Walmart make something different like soft served vanilla ice cream with biscoff topping sause and cookie crumble ... the dessert you guys have are good already i did get to try some but to have that like I wanna go again factor I would suggest making the experience a little different that makes you wanna go bk 😉 ... I have had a lot of biscoff drinks from diff coffee shops around California and I must say their presentation way better than the one you guys serve I would suggest maybe a cold foam with the flavor ..customers drive to coffee shops for the experinece to take pictures to post on social media i think making those changes will keep ppl coming back ... we drove 4 hours just to try it out i know if their was more i would keep making the trip ....thanks for reading the review :)

I'm highly disappointed. I thought my drink was going to taste like biscoff but the only options i saw was regular drinks like you would get from Starbucks or Peets. I didn't see not one Biscoff drink on the menu. The only Biscoff items I saw was the cookies, spread, and one ice cream bar.

Doesn't taste like biscoff, coffee or anything at all for that matter. Failed to give cookie as well on top of that.

“Tried the Lotus Biscoff latte and the Biscoff coffee—taste was good and enjoyable. Nice touch with a free biscuit with any coffee. However, the staff wasn’t very helpful when it came to choosing a drink.”

I love the Biscoff latte here. But when visited today, I had a horrible experience with the service. I requested for extra cups(2, one for sharing coffee with my husband & one for my toddler as she loves cups) but the lady was very damn rude saying I only get one extra cup. She was nice to the next customer after me. But Idk what made her upset about me. I literally requested her saying it was for my toddler. All the other people working there were looking at her if they can give me an extra cup. She was very very rude. This is not at all acceptable. And it was raining outside. For the latte, it was disgusting. It tasted like starchy liquid. I used to love it, but not anymore.

This is the reply to the Owner. I was there around 8:00 PM ish. I did not get a chance to see her name as she was cleaning the place near the coffee pickup window. I had requested at the register for extra cups, he told me I can get them while getting the coffee. When I requested the person(not the lady) at the coffee pickup, this lady seriously put a cup there saying 'only one cup for you'. I stopped for a moment to realize what was going on. She was making faces & the person(man) who gave me the coffee & the other lady who made my coffee was looking at her & talking in Spanish. He told me they were tired as it was the closing time. I told him I understand but I was just asking for a cup for my toddler. There comes again the angry lady.

Cookie croissant donut were good, house coffee was not good, and not hot. Would have taken it back but the line was long.
