Cookie croissant donut were good, house coffee was not good, and not hot. Would have taken it back but the line was long.

Donut was minimum 3 days old..or at least tasted like it...and hot chocolate super watery...both went straight to the bin..what a waste

Cute spot. Coffee is honestly not good. Their signature biscoff latte doesn't taste like the cookie at all. But the overall vibe and theme is fun. And of course the actual cookies themselves are good.

Really bad customer service! I definitely didn’t deserve to be treated this way. The cashier’s name was Dora.

No barista here … automated coffee machines are the go. Service was friendly and you do get a free biscoff cookie if that’s your thing

The lady (Dora) who took my order was really mean. She kept pushing us while we were choosing what to get. 0 customer service. She made my day really worse. I came here to visit and decided to come here instead of going to Ghirardelli. Which I regret it. Her name is Dora. Please take this seriously.

Came here to try the biscoff latte. At US$5.80 for the small we found it very lacking in any flavour. It tasted more like a sweet coffee and I would nerve have guessed it was biscoff if u didn’t tell me.

The line wasn’t too long but wait time to have it made was maybe 7-10min roughly.

My advice is give it a miss if y actually like biscoff and want to get that flavour in a coffee.

Biscoff Coffee at 39 Pier is one of my favorite stops. I absolutely love their Biscoff Latte — it’s always consistent and served hot, which feels extra comforting in the winters. I also pick up a pack of Biscoff biscuits so I can pair them with black coffee at home.

It’s the perfect little energy booster when you’re tired from exploring the pier or just walking around the city. The vibe is cozy and it’s a great spot to take a break.

A must-visit for me whenever I’m at the piers.

Its my absolute favorite coffee spot in the area, plus you get the nice walk in the wharf. Must get the biscoff latte. Wish I could go back :(

The most famous coffee shop at Pier 39 which has a very heavy tourist footfall especially on weekends. The coffee shop is right in the beginning of pier 39 and there is always a large queue forming out of the store for people waiting to order. The ordering is carried out inside the store, where they have displayed their menu for people waiting in the queue to select. There are two ordering counters and they make sure to move the queue fast, so do select your order item while waiting in the queue. The drinks and food items are served at the counter on the outer end of the shop. Their cookies and other merchandise are displayed inside the store and can be picked up at the time of ordering. Despite being very busy the staff are nice and helpful. Getting coffee from here is almost part of the Pier 39 experience. Parking has to be in a parking garage across the road and it’s very costly to park.
