The ambience was great. The restaurant was pretty empty, but it did take a while to get our drinks and food. My husband ordered southern fried chicken which was delicious but the mashed potatoes that came with it were cold. I ordered shrimp gumbo and that was very good but only came with one medium size shrimp! The calamari was heavily breaded. While we would definitely go back and listen to music, not sure if we'd order food again.

This place is a hidden gem. You must go! The music venue was out of this world great! We saw Zinggflower on a Monday night & they were terrific! Blues/Jazz. They play on Monday nights. The food here was terrific also, Southern Comfort food & yes the biscuits were great! Each night there is a different band but go see Zinggflower on Monday nights if you can. They will not disappoint. The musicians are so talented!

Biscuits and Blues is the bomb! The music is fantastic, just what we expected. The whole audience was totally into it. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food menu is tailored to fit the experience, small dishes with a Southern flair. It's a hidden SF gem-go there while you can!

Once again I had a fantastic time Saturday night....food was great....music was great...and service was great as usual. The only drawback is the lack of “energy” of the show....only because the venue was only about a third full, which seems to be the norm the last few times I've gone since they reopened. Not sure why...is it the area? The lack of access to parking? Or are people just not going to The City any longer for live music? It's definitely not cost because the generally low ticket prices compared to “other” events are a true bargain! Overall, love going there...just wish others would love it as much. Live music, no matter where you're watching, is always better with a full house! But keep “Bluesin” my friends....I'll definitely be back for more!

The music was great, the food was pretty good. However, the drinks were terrible. They were watered down and I think top shelf orders were replaced/made with cheaper brands.

Best unknown club in San Francisco. Awesome music, awesome food and awesome service. I've been here a lot and everytime I get excellent service and see excellent music. I wish I could go more often. Even the parking wasn't bad (for SF).
