This may of been the place to go 20 years ago. But not now. Midweek entertainment was terrible. Watered down drinks, flat post mix sodas. Food was far from southern hospitality. This place is run by penny pinching hosts. Go somewhere else.

This was a treat - yes, the food is good - I had jambalaya and my husband had fried chicken. Wednesday shared a side of very good biscuits. But the real treat is the entertainment which on Wednesday night started at 6:30 - Al Kane, I think his name is - guitarist, singer (think Nat King Cole) and absolutely wonderful entertainer! We will be back!

The food was good. Is was served at room temperature. Would have been better if it was hot. Entertainment was great. Had a fun time.

The hostess was extremely rude upon arrival. Everything else was great! We didn't eat food, so you should put a "NA" column on your rating.

We came before we went to a play in the city, so it was early. We really enjoyed our meal and drinks. It was too early for music but I loved the ambiance and definitley want to come back and enjoy the music.

Super cool spot. It feels like it's back in the day and you are in a secret night club. And the biscuits are amazing!

Great food, drinks and music.

Thought we were making dinner reservations - it was to buy tickets for the blues show. We like jazz, so it was ok. Be sure to check when the music sets begin. Our reservations were for 7, the show started at 630 and ended at 740. The next show started at 9, and you had to buy another ticket if you stayed. There is a 2-drink minimum. A card is required to hold your reservation and there is no cancellation. None of this information was on OpenTable.

Food was excellent and great service staff. I loved the new look, everything is brand new!! This is the place to come and listen to some nice jazz or blues any night of the week.

This is a great venue for listening to music! Super cool and comfortable vibe. All the seats are for great viewing. Good acoustics and awesome bands! Glad we found this gem. Walking distance from Bart so super easy to get to!

Had a great night at the Sugaray Rayford show. Food and service was on point. Parking was convenient. Looking forward to next time.

Biscuits and blues was a great place to go for my birthday. We had drinks, food, and enjoyed some live music. The biscuits and honey butter were delicious!

1st visit. Great menu, just beed a chef that knows how to cook southern food. It was horrible. I tried two items, the first was shrimp appetizer. It was just overly spicy, no flavor, just hot. Returned it and ordered catfish suggest. They were soggy, I ate on those b/c I was hungry. The bartender still charged me 1/2 price for the horrible shrimp I returned. Bartender could not make an old-fashioned cocktail, but said he could. Nice guy, but stick to beer or wine, something that has 2 items only. I was there for the music. I'll be back, I'll eat dinner b4 I come next time. Loved the place, very old school blues vibe. Meet new people there, but if they are missing the mark on the food. I'm in the food industry, and I see huge potential if they had a chef that specialized in Southern foods. Biscuits were bland. I was told the Latina chef just follows a menu. That is not cool..

Should have been way nicer for the price. The band was mediocre and the food and drinks were barely edible. If you are going to spend 160 for two ( we only had one cocktail, one mocktail, one appetizer and a few side dishes, no entree. You would do way better to go somewhere else. We knew it would be a touristy activity but really this was the quintessential tourist trap. They didn't even try to make it good clearly banking on the fact that most of their clientele was from out of town.
