Agreed that there is inflation, and you are charging 20$ for a everything bagel with eggs / avocado and cheese. This probably the worst quality bagel I have tasted in my life. They are pre-made and the scrambled eggs tastes like rubber. You charge 20$, that's fine but you also need to provide that level of quality, utter nonsense.

5 for flavor and quick service, but -1 coz it was SO overpriced!Got an Iced Mocha (less ice, with almond milk) and it was delicious. Good balance of Chocolate and coffee, and very smooth too. And not too much ice where it's like you're not getting any drink.Only issue was it cost like $9! They charged ¢95 for using almond milk instead of regular:/

Run out of restaurant as a paying customer because I stayed longer than they expected. Still drinking my mocha. Restaurant was nearly empty with no waiting. Ridiculous. Help was loud and inappropriate.

Older woman at the front desk got my order wrong. It was 4:20 am on 10/26/23.Then she got a big attitude and blamed it on me. Roller her eyes and her coworker told her to calm down. Yikes.Food okay.
The bagel was good. But the service is so mediocre. The cashier should change her attitude and improve her costumer service.

I went for a decaf coffee only, and the cashier - Marife, I believe - was utterly rude to me after a misunderstanding over "americano" vs "drip". She even mocked me in her native language with her colleagues who sneered at me. I even suspect discrimination. Horrible service. It ruined my day.
