food was incredible. fresh, flavorful, and really let the ingredients speak for themselves. the potato pillows and deviled eggs were explosive and unforgettable favorites. bone marrow practiclaly melted in my mouth. oysters were high quality. chicken hash and lobster spaghetti hit the mark too. paired with the charming 90s ambience, the entire experience was top notch. i'll definitely be returning
Have not been here in many moons. Love the supper club atmosphere with the live jazz. Great atmosphere. Depending on the dish, the food was very good to just ok. Portions were plentiful. The tomato salad made at your table was outstanding. The petrale sole was also outstanding-lightly battered and fried with a great sauce which did not over power the fish. The bavette steak was a little dry and not particularly flavorful. The creamed corn was terrific. Overall a great date night/special...
Arrived too early for reservation. Bartender acknowledged me immediately in a very busy bar. Made 5 craft cocktails for us without batting an eye and directed us to an outdoor table while we wait. Excellent staff. Delicious food. Beautiful room. Exceptional jazz band. My favorite go-to spot in SF. — Carlos
