We’ve been regular customers at this pizza place and usually love coming here. Unfortunately, this time was different and quite disappointing. I ordered a pizza with three toppings that I paid for, including bacon—which I always enjoy. I politely asked for just a little extra bacon, as I’ve done before without any issues. However, the woman preparing the pizza was clearly unhappy and acted very begrudgingly. She barely added any extra bacon—literally picked up a few tiny pieces and dropped them on like it was a big favor. Her attitude was unwelcoming and made the whole experience uncomfortable. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and her negative energy really showed. We come here often, but this was the first time we walked away unhappy. It’s disappointing to feel like you’re being treated unfairly over something you paid for. I hope management takes this seriously , customers shouldn’t be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for asking for what they’re entitled to.

The pizza was a hot mess! The toppings were not portioned out evenly so their were clumps of toppings bunched up. The woman at the register tried to charge me for a drink that was already included in my lunch special. I had to run around trying to find utensils because nobody told me where to find them and they were not clearly visible.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had! Sloppy, not even fully baked. Huge unappetizing pieces of garlic cloves and jalapeños MORE than the pepperoni and sausage !! Horrible! Never eat there again!!!

Worst pizza I've ever had. Great place to go if you want to pay $20 for thin bread with ranch. Person making my pizza hardly put any sauce or cheese on it. Don't go here.

I've been to blaze pizza a lot and not one time has it disappointed me! It has great pizzas with a cooking time of 5 mins or less. It's a great way to grab a quick bite!

I got sick.

Tried this place in a pinch at 9pm on a Sunday. Most ingredients were already packed in containers sitting on the counter away from the refrigerated section.

Issue is when I got my pizza, it was a little undercooked. I think the combo of poorly maintained pizza toppings sitting a room temp combined with undercooking the pizza is what got me sick. It didn’t feel good.

Like other comments, I was surprised they started packing things up 2-2.5 hrs before closing

Not worth the health risk.

I think the pizza is reasonably priced at $15 and tastes great. I'd definitely recommend it to friends. However, my recent experience was marred/spoiled by the bad attitudes of some crew members. Despite being open until 11 pm, they seemed eager to leave around 9 pm, and two of them dragged chairs loudly, giving us the impression that we were being told to leave. When my friend politely asked them to keep the noise down, one of the crew members responded with attitude instead of an apology. I hope you'll pay attention to this and ensure that your customers are treated with respect. We're there to support your business and enjoy your food.

Your business is listed as closing at 12:00 AM, but when I drove all the way there, arriving 10 minutes before closing time, your staff told me everything was already packed up, and the store was closed for the day. If you actually close at 11:30 PM, please update your hours on Google to avoid misleading customers.

I came to the mall, and after walking around, i was hungry. I decided to try this pizza place out. Boy, was i disappointed. Pizza is really thin, sauce not too good, and I never heard anyone call out my name. Tables were dirty, I definitely won't be going back there, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ordered a Vegan pizza and had to tell the staff to swap gloves after they were using them on other pizzas. Once it was finished, the person cutting the pizza used the same pizza cutter they were using on non vegan products (there was a vegan/green handle pizza cutter available but they didn't use it) so we complained. They offered to remake the pizza but didn't swap gloves the 2nd time either and because of the queue we also couldn't ask them to do so.

Non vegan food standards were fine, but for special diets they clearly have 0 training or care unless you specifically ask and remind them

Great pizza for $15! The build your own with unlimited veggie toppings is a great value. Super tasty, quick, and fresh. What more can you ask for?
