I came to the mall, and after walking around, i was hungry. I decided to try this pizza place out. Boy, was i disappointed. Pizza is really thin, sauce not too good, and I never heard anyone call out my name. Tables were dirty, I definitely won't be going back there, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ordered a Vegan pizza and had to tell the staff to swap gloves after they were using them on other pizzas. Once it was finished, the person cutting the pizza used the same pizza cutter they were using on non vegan products (there was a vegan/green handle pizza cutter available but they didn't use it) so we complained. They offered to remake the pizza but didn't swap gloves the 2nd time either and because of the queue we also couldn't ask them to do so.
Non vegan food standards were fine, but for special diets they clearly have 0 training or care unless you specifically ask and remind them

My son got a pepperoni pizza today and got violently sick really soon after. I tried to call them and made them aware that there might be an issue with the food, impossible to reach them and warn them ! Hope they didn’t make too many people sick ! Very irresponsible . Where do I begin? #1 Location very crowded, messy and noisy
#2 Where any requested pizza ingredient was not available, they substituted what they had or omitted them entirely without informing customer (ordered herbivore which had numerous veggies and received pizza with halved cherry tomatoes and onions)
#3 The soda fountain was broken so no drinks available but no one said a word until we had paid and received food.
#4 I was overcharged by more than 50% ($20+) then took me 5 minutes to convince them they had made a mistake and then another 10 minutes for them to fix it.
I ended up with cold dry pizza, no drink, a headache and 6 ft of register tape. I will not be back.

Although the pizza that wasn’t burnt tasted good the service wasn’t very friendly when I called to let them know that the pizza we got was almost considered burnt the girl told me better luck next time and said you should of brought it back but the fact that you ate some already we can’t remake it for you and bitterly hung up. It left a bad taste in my mouth alright because it was referred to me by a good friend I was t pleased with more the service than the almost burnt pizza.
