This location is beautiful and has a great layout. But everyone brings their giant dogs inside and it’s gross. This is a place with food. Not a pet store. Leave your dirty giant dog outside.

Ordered iced matcha latte here a couple times, and a regular cafe latte, all very good, but I gave a lower rating because spending time in this cafe is just not comfortable. It is so noisy whenever I have been here. There is a big table in the corner for what looks like meetings plus several larger group seating areas, all of which seem to promote an extremely noisy environment. Voices echo so loudly even if it isn’t “packed” it still feels crowded. First two times I visited I took drinks to go but later I went in during what I thought was non-peak hours wanting to get some reading done enjoy a drink etc. but this just is not the place for that. You’d probably want to wear headphones to block noise if you want to read or get any work done here (unless maybe you have laser focus). Oh, and charge your devices in advance because there are no accessible plugs for your devices. There are a few tables outside, but if you want a relaxing cafe, just skip this place.

I pay almost $10 for a coffee with tax and tip and order online at 9:59. When I arrive at 10:10 nothing finished. I sit for 10 minutes and see people who ordered after me in person get there drinks. They completely lost my order. Starbucks would never and they would give a free drink for that. Please improve the mobile order experience

I used to go here frequently, but lately their service has been super slow and subpar. It should not take me more than 15 minutes to get a cappuccino when it's not busy. This is ridiculous. If you're training people, don't do it at peak hour, or have someone to assist.
