I went to a few Blue Bottle locations back in 2015 + 2016 and remember it being a good experience, decent coffee, a bit pricey...but also 10 years ago!
I was in the area and wanted to try it again witj high hopes...Now I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience. The coffee was horrid, both burnt and watery?? And no way to heat the sandwiches or food items which was a choice for sure. Really poor wifi, too. So expensive for what its worth AND Nestlé bought the company in 2017...so we can also taste all the horrible things Nestlé has done to the world in each cup. Will not return

No wifi (the reason i came to the cafe) and they didn’t even mention it before. They don’t have a microwave to heat up the cake. And the music is too damn loud.

Some of the best coffee around. Consistent quality. Friendly staff. A little expensive and they hit you with the “vegan tax” of $1 upcharge for non-dairy milk.

Female cashier, with glasses didn't look like she wanted to be there. We tipped her 20% too. We should get paid and tipped for dealing with people with crappy attitude.
Ownership or management needs to be more diligent with their hiring process.

I was surprised to learn that this coffee shop isn’t able to heat their sandwiches. Serving cold sandwiches, especially when customers expect a warm option, really affects the overall experience. I hope they consider adding the ability to heat food in the future, as it would greatly improve the quality and satisfaction of their menu.

Also the cafe latte I ordered tasted like water! Like what is going on?!!!!

Neither cashier not barista even looked into my eyes when talking. Im not even asking for a smile but looking at the person you're talking to seems like the bare minimim

I was in town for a meeting and decided to try Blue Bottle for the first time. The awesome barista Dane recommended I try the Nola cold foam and it is quite literally the best cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be going out of my way to get it from now on. Super clean space. Highly recommend checking it out.
