Great coffee if a little pricey. The light-filled room is surrounded by windows which is very welcome. A very pleasant place to hang out bear the park.

Great coffee, as an Aussie visiting the states was grateful to find this place. Lots of people studying was a nice interior with lots of natural light.

I don’t know what happened to this place, but my coffee was surprisingly bad today. Maybe they should tune up a coffee machine or something…

Oh man, I wish I could give them higher than 3 stars, but there’s two major things keeping this location back. Overall the experience is good and you won’t be disappointed because the workers are super friendly and the food and drinks are good, but…The WiFi here is horrendously slow. It’s not even “usable, but you won’t video call here,” it’s simply unusable. I have to hotspot if I come here to work, which isn’t the case at Starbucks or Capital One Cafe in this same mall.Additionally, Blue Bottle is owned by Nestle, and they’re not known for being a company you necessarily want to support.

We ordered espresso and cappuccino "for here" and were served in paper cups. When I mentioned this to the Barista he thought that we must have ordered "to go". I confirmed that we had ordered "for here". I then pointed out that everyone in the Café had paper cups at their tables. A co-worker then chimed in to say that this would cause a lot of dishes and that they would charge more for espresso drinks served in ceramic cups. I hope that these statements are not company policy and that it is just a matter of proper training. This must be a one-off situation at this location of Blue Bottle. In my opinion a high end espresso bar should always offer ceramic cups for guests to enjoy a better experience. It also helps to reduce wastefulness.

Extremely cold and no outlets, not the best place to study or get work done. But their coffee is good and staff are friendly! :)

The coffee is thin. There is no readily available decaf. They offer no variety of sugar substitute. The employees have waaaaay too much attitude. Get serious, it's just coffee. And it's more expensive that Philz and Starbucks. Both of which are better. The Bagel Bakery off 2nd on Townsend is far better and 2/3s the price. No more BBC for me!
