This location closes early all the time. They never stick to their hours of operation. Poor operations.

I was excited to come inside the Blue Bottle Coffee shop today. They have specialty drinks that aren't available at most other places. The price points are lofty. I would say it's worth it. The drink I chose was iced and shaken, coffee sweetened with vanilla and chicory syrup. The Shakerato, did not disappoint. Gave me a proper jolt.

I also ordered a (fun-sized) $3 blondie. Pretty small. Made with brown butter. Yummy! It’s safe to say that you don't get a lot of bang for your buck here. The iced coffee I ordered was $8, for a 12 ounce cup. The items here are all costly. Prepare to spend more than was likely expected.

The baked goods (which included croissants, cookies, muffins, etc) looked so fresh and enticing. Overall, I like the atmosphere, tasty food and drink selections, and the congenial baristas. I will come back for more.

Worst experience in SF.Blue botte is just cafe - not a fancy restaurant where waiters serve customers.I cannot understand why it makes the tipping option appear on the screen while the payment is done.Does it mean that Blue Bottle is not paying the salary properly to its employees? Why does it make its employees to be rude to customers? If you choose no tipping, the employee who wastaking the order just in a normal way would all of a sudden take an offhand manner and even would not say anything like wait for your order or thank you for order or anything. That’s really a big problem.. why cafe wants to ruin its image? Do I have to pay tip after spending 20 dollors for single person? For 10-20 second order taking? Ridiculous. The guy who made coffee was nice. But it is still my worst experience in SF. I was frequent customer to Blue bottle in Korea and Japan, but would not use it any more.
