In decline like Starbucks but with higher prices, similar flavors and smaller sizes. Uncomfortable hard wood church-like pew seating. Unstable WiFi and one measly single floor electric outlet that only handles one laptop for the entire cafe!! Seems designed to get your money the do the savoring blue bottle wait thing to impart a sense of caring but then they unwelcome the customer by shunning then out of the way and out the door ASAP. Not very welcoming. ☹️ Disappointed. Blue Bottle is supposed to be better

don’t come to this branch.Ordered a coffee. Asked for password for the washroom. Tried to get the barista’s attention by waving hand. The other female staff noticed and gave me a “long face” while telling me the password.Didn’t want to interrupt while the other customer talking with the staff. But even when they finished talking. The female staff didn’t even bother to tell me my coffee was ready while I was queuing behind. Until the other male staff noticed.Disappointed. Poor awareness of the staff. Don’t even worth a star. Should’ve read the review here before visiting.

I normally don’t leave reviews… but I just want to warn future customers… the saffron vanilla late is quite literally one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had…. respectfully. The atmosphere and the service was fine, nothing super special or memorable. The barista let me know they weren’t able to make the drink with espresso but they could make it with cold brew, even tho the espresso was on the menu, but when I asked if the saffron vanilla late was good with cold brew they said yes. When I received the drink and tried it… it tasted so sour, so terrible, and the notes on the back end were just the worst.I don’t have anything negative or mean to say about the people or the business, this is just a word of warning to those about to spend $7.50 on one of the worst beverages ever. Seriously don’t do it. Respectfully.

Frankly, I was disappointed. The tone of voice and facial expressions of the employees are already annoying at first. I asked for V60 brewed coffee and it was ice cold. I mentioned that the coffee was cold. I asked how we could make up for it. And he said to me "we don't" with a sullen face. aforementioned. He refused to produce a solution. Wherefore? What is the reason for the irritability of all working women today?
