Mobile ordering doesn’t let you cancel and lies on the wait times. Said 9 minutes and then after I ordered said it’d be ready to pick up in 30. Again, no way to cancel. Even as I sit here it says a 17 minute wait - and I’m still 15 minutes from my estimated time. Don’t rely on estimates being accurate. I love the coffee though.

So I paid $7.5 for a cappuccino that was all milk and barely any coffee!
I visited this place everyday during my short trip to San Francisco. It is one of the best spots to drink a nice coffee and have a chat with friends. I strongly recommend the iced matcha latte, waffles and banana bread.

Stopping by Blue Bottle on my way to work is my favorite way to start the day. The drinks are always excellent and the staff truly elevates the experience, with Raul and Damon standing out for their exceptional service and darling latte art. I always leave feeling energized and satisfied, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience!

Relax with hand drip coffee Coffee that tastes like it's brewed at home with beans that aren't very dark roasted.
There's also a Blue Bottle Coffee near my parents' grave, so I wonder if they have the usual West Coast flavor there as well. I would like to compare drinks.

The coffee was fine, service was awful. Not sure if it was an off day, but eye rolls and leaving coffee sitting there behind the counter and doing side work while we were waiting for the coffee…that was sitting there already ready isn’t tasteful. The place was clean-blonde was pretty good.
