Nothing super special except it has the, typical to Blue Bottle, good coffee at a premium price. The indoors and outdoors have seating to enjoy the well made beverage and customary food items. It is usually busy and hard to carry on a private conversation.
I dropped into another Blue Bottle in SF and went with a cappuccino — classic choice and always reliable here. The espresso was rich but balanced, and the milk was frothed just right, silky and smooth. The shop has that minimalist, airy feel that makes it easy to settle in for a few minutes or grab something to go. It can get a little busy, but the baristas keep things moving and the quality never slips. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the area and craving a proper cappuccino.
Drinks are quite pricy but they’re good. The atmosphere in the building is nice. A lot of natural lighting. I would say it’s a good place to catch up with a friend but if you’re looking for a place to study it may be a little difficult because of the noise.
