I had a soy chai latte with chocolate and it was great! Not on the menu and they were accommodating. Thanks Blue Bottle!
Fraudulently charged $0.46 above menu price for iced tea and Pain Au Chocolat. While this was refunded when I called - this shouldn't have to be done.
Due to their dishonesty, 1 star.

Coffee is good,as usual,BUT it's not worth 20+ minute wait time.
Seriously, management!
20+ minutes wait on a busy morning.

This is also an ideal blue bottle to sit in. Food options are very limited, but their coffee is really delicious.

If you love waiting 20+ minutes for an overpriced regular coffee, here’s your place! Also, don’t even think about ordering food. They are always out of everything

Nice busy place with lots of spots to sit and work for a while. Fantastic coffee with lots of brewing methods offered
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance into the building off Bush was not wheelchair accessible

Came here to buy their instant coffee and ordered a latte and a hot Nola. Honestly the Nola tastes better with ice. Staff here are super friendly.

Nice location. Cappuccino was good. It was a bit warm as if A/C wasn't working.

I'm sure it's excellent, but I couldn't wait for the line. Allow time if you're coming here. Definitely not a grab and go place.
For some reason, this blue bottle is very slow compared to the others in the area even with the same number of staff. Lots of seating for individuals but not many small tables.

Came here once on a 15 minute break on a Saturday. Ordered one drink and waited 10 minutes in a mostly empty store while they fulfilled online orders. So with the 5 minutes I had left and still waiting, I went across the street, bought something at Walgreens, came back with time to spare and they told me my coffee had been ready but they threw it out after 2 minutes because then it’s not as fresh as they want it.I just walked out. I guess they owe me $8 but a small price to pay to not have to deal with them anymore. Ironically I literally got a cup their second week ever at Berkeley farmers market downtown over 20 years ago, but won’t go in a store again. Like most things Silicon Valley likes, blue bottle went from hippie to NPC fast.
I was told that the blue bottle chain is the OG, godfather and almighty mecha of SFO coffee. Wow, this joint did not disappoint! Flawless blend, phenomenal flavor and incredible vibes and tones, unbelievable and one of the best experiences I've had, period.I love this chain, it's truly super yummy coffee and has humble grass roots lifeblood which I can really get behind. I'd happily chug the cold brew cans all day, every day and unbelievably addicted.
