Was shocked to find a thick black piece of hair (beard), in my cortado. clearly a health and safety concern. The staff did not handle it well. All the reviews about the inability and rudeness of the staff are accurate.

Rude staff. Asked for no foam and the whole drink was all foam. To be fair, this is an industry problem I've noticed this past year. I don't think they are training people anymore, they just need warm bodies. And don't even get me started on the Gen Z stare. This is definitely the place to experience it. Don't ask for anything or you might send the cashier over the edge.
Nice coffee shop with a good selection (even for a non-connoisseur like me) and great dairy-free options. Food choices are a bit limited, but the service is excellent and there’s plenty of seating.
