Nice coffee, but I noticed that Samra coffee is served with its name arranged in reverse order of the Amharic alphabet: ra-m-sa. Just a small detail that could be interesting to correct!

Easily the worst Blue Bottle in SF. How do you have 4 baristas but manage to break the espresso machine? Blue Bottle please provide them with more training on making better coffee and making orders on time!

I was on my way and passed by Blue Bottle so decided to give it a try. Been always wanting to try but not sure what to order.

Carlo, who was serving at the counter, was very patient and kind to share his recommendations (making the whole experience pleasant and non-intimidating, esp when not knowing what to choose!), and helped us with our order.

What blew us away was his kind gesture to give us a blondie to try and go along with our caffe mocha, which was really a great combo by the way! So thankful and wow, Christmas came early today for us!! ?

More than 20 mins for 1 cappuccino to go. 2 other customers got their order before me even I was there 1st. Tuesday 11am. No other customers. The Blonde barista was training another employee how to steam milk. Can they not train with customer orders? People have work to get to as well maybe be a little more considerate??. Never again.
