We just discovered Blue Whale and we'll definitely go back. The food (Chilean sea bass, chopped cabbage salad) and service were superb. Nice space, with comfortable booths and a pretty back patio. It was a relief to be in a place where we could hear one another talk. Great neighborhood place and worth a trip if you don't live nearby. A gem!
Had to go back because we were CRAVING it and it was every bit as good, maybe even better than the first time. Had the mushroom spring rolls this time (amazing), and stir fried beef (delicious) as well as the golden shrimp again which are addictive. Great service, beautiful restaurant.
Expected to have a nice dinner, unfortunately there was a large party nearby blowing up balloons using a compressor. It was quite distracting. And it being a chilly evening, the heat lamps weren't placed well. The food and cocktails continues to delight!
