Chris, I have to say: your restaurant has all the right angles. I have been taking pictures of San Francisco all my life and today I took the best foodie ever and I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work

I’ve been to this location a couple of times before and never had an issue, but today’s experience was horrible. I went to get a latte, and the guy taking orders (beard, glasses, cap) was extremely rude and not welcoming. He asked what size I wanted — which I’ve never been asked before for a latte — so I asked if he could show me the cups. He rolled his eyes, showed them, and even put his finger inside the cup while pointing, then put it back. He also wasn’t wearing an apron, so I’m not sure if he was a barista. Very disappointing service today.

Horrible service. Waited inside for 10min to order a shake and was just told that the wait time would be at least 20min
Couldn’t she tell me that before I was waiting for that long?
Inside is also super loud and not good with ventilation

Delicious food, wonderful service, and incredible ambience! This is my local coffee shop and I go regularly. Give the burrito a try.

Last week I came to Bluestone and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying food and coffee. It took more than 15 minutes for an iced latte! I went to the barista (short and skinny woman) and asked how long it would take for my drink and she ignored me. She knows that I was talking to her but was basically laughing in my face. Today I woke up and came to Starbucks and in less than 1 minute I received my coffee with a smile from the employee. In 15 minutes I believe I could get more than 10 coffees here and without rude people.
