You really can't go wrong with a spot like Boba Guys. As a NorCal staple, they have been churning out quality boba drinks for years and this location feels just the same.
You can order at the kiosk or wait for a staff member to appear to take your order. What I appreciate about their business model is that non-dairy milk is always available without an added charge. I always get my drinks with oat milk (even if their creamer is non-dairy, there is often still milk derivatives) and my Hojicha latte with boba was well made and satisfying.
No public restroom from what I could see. They also sell some merch on the side if you're wanting some boba guys goodness.

I love the horchata drink with boba and had a craving for one today. I just got one for myself and a jasmine green milk tea with boba for my husband to go and we are so disappointed in the quality of the boba. It is extremely hard and inedible. I even tried to find a phone number to the store to tell them how bad it is and that they should throw out this batch and make a new one but there is no number or even customer service number for boba guys. Very disappointing after spending $15 on 2 drinks that we can’t enjoy.

Hot ube latte with a shot of matcha and boba. Yum!!! Such delicious, complementary flavors for a cold day. I love love matchas, and this one hit the spot just right, rich and flavorful. Didn't catch her name, but service was impeccable and sweet. Thank you!

Boba Guys makes a delicious horchata, which is even better with boba. This location was empty and my order was ready within a minute; a great experience.
Great drinks, and the staff is so friendly. I spilled my drink and they made a completely new one for me. They’re the best :)

It's unfortunate that this company can not learn how to follow up or reply to customers emails you send them when you have an issue or question. Sent them a question per the support email on their site, they claim "3-7 Business days", weeks go by. I follow up, still nothing. I dont think there is any human monitoring the inbox. We Enjoy the boba and drinks, but not their company's customer service. Non existent. Tried their socials too, no replies.

There’s a reason why everyone keeps raving about the Strawberry Matcha Latte here in these reviews. It’s been a week and I can’t stop thinking about that damn drink! I didn’t want to like it this much, and I’m no expert on Boba, but the strawberry matcha oat latte I got was so good! I enjoyed every sip, adjusting the balance of the three flavors. Their boba itself was quite tasty, too.

Great drink, but I've never in my life been to a restaurant where they're playing hard hard rock, worse than slipknot. Serious rage in this music, and it's been song after song for 15+ mins now. Opposite the Boba Guys healthy vibe.
