I love the horchata drink with boba and had a craving for one today. I just got one for myself and a jasmine green milk tea with boba for my husband to go and we are so disappointed in the quality of the boba. It is extremely hard and inedible. I even tried to find a phone number to the store to tell them how bad it is and that they should throw out this batch and make a new one but there is no number or even customer service number for boba guys. Hot ube latte with a shot of matcha and boba. Yum!!! Such delicious, complementary flavors for a cold day. I love love matchas, and this one hit the spot just right, rich and flavorful. Didn't catch her name, but service was impeccable and sweet. Thank you!
