I always get their matcha it’s pretty good most of the time
Except there have been a few occasions where the boba seemed like not done and had a tough texture which isn’t great
Service is usually super quick and friendly as well
Also they say the boba isn’t ready til 11:30 just a heads up if ur headed there when they open, although I’ve still ordered it as soon as they open and they’ve had it
Came for boba with a group of friends. They allow you to order ahead of time which saves plenty of time! Good value and a lot of boba in the drink which was nice. Employees were very friendly and super quick. Always a good experience!
I drank bubble tea when I was crazy about bubble tea!!
The drink is delicious and the pearls are nice and chewy◡̈
(I’m happy because the logo picture is cute haha)
Boba is delicious and staff are so kind here! I dropped my boba while carrying my 2-year-old to our car and the staff remade my drink for me for free even though I offered to pay. There’s a reason I’m a frequent customer here!
the boba r kinda bad, small and not chewy. There r only a few amount of them also that disappointed me
The banana milk tea was TOOOOO GOOD
Nice service, good boba, overall very pleasant
Cool to having the boba tea and hanging out the park around watching the doggies.
The Korean banana milk drink was so original & delicious! Great banana flavor - add tapioca pearls!
Sweet, too chewy.

Sigh. This was almost $9. But alas, this is the best strawberry matcha latte in all the land. Perfect blend of creaminess, sweetness of the strawberry puree and slight bitterness of the matcha. So that is the price I must pay. I think 50% sweet is the way to go.

Overfilled cups! Every! Time!
The boba is consistently firm and chewy. The milk tea selection can be limited depending on the season but the Hong Kong milk tea never disappoints.

Convenient locations.
Frustrating to have 3 people working and then require everyone to use a kiosk that takes twice as long since it is organized in a way that is a pain to navigate unless you memorized which section of the menu your drink is on.The new lids on the cups always spill signs the edges. It is very frustrating to have sticky hands from the tea dripping down the edges. By the time your hand is cleaned off the bamboo straw has lost its tip.Just lots of frustration getting in the way of the actual boba!
