Great place! I’m not a fan of sweet drinks, and the 25% sweetness was perfect for me. The service was great, and the workers there were very kind. The boba was the perfect level of chewiness. (I don’t like really chewy boba). The menu had some unusual and delicious flavors . I read other reviews, which stated that they didn’t like the boba. I think everybody will have different opinions on the tea here. The only con was that the drinks did take a while to make. Not too long, but still a while.

Got a basic black milk tea with some cheese foam. It was alright I guess, the cheese foam was barely noticeable and the flavor of the tea was pretty subtle. Boba was okay too so there's not much I can say for it. Nothing went terribly wrong but for SF, there's a lot of competition so I would skip this place if I was looking for a place for some bubs. I'm a neighbor *and* a fan. This place is a solid addition to our community. They make VERY good boba drinks but they also know all our names, know our orders, uplift us with positive energy and genuine kindness. Truly a wonderful place to visit. We're so lucky! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed their regular milk tea with boba. Recommendations: 50-75% sugar with ice.50% sugar felt just right with ice. If you like a little sweeter I’d get 75% sugar.We ordered through DoorDash and it came out to be ~$7 with taxes and fees, which in today’s world seems to be an average price for these type of drinks.

I ordered online and got the Genmaicha Latte at 50% sweet and less ice. The order was ready as stated. The drink itself wasn't that good. The genmaicha flavor wasn't as strong as I would like it. The boba balls had a good chew. I basically finished the boba balls and tossed the rest of my drink. Tasted like a standard drink that's mixed with non-dairy creamer. I had bobabunni before and don't remember it being disappointing. Maybe this was a one off thing? Overall, I give my experience 3/5. Not sure if I'll come back and try other drinks

I usually do not try the new things people are doing. Remember dipping dots? Never you see those anymore. Anyway, one month ago my girlfriend was at work and I feel bored. I am walking by and order a tea with the black pearl. Very good! I understand now. Don't order too sweet, get middle amount so you taste more the tea. I think this Boba be around for a long time.

I got the Yunnan black tea latte with tapoica- I should have gotten more sugar. I didn't LOVE it. It was definitely fine bbt, but not anywhere near the best that I've had. The tapoica was good. I had ordered at a time when there were no other customers and it also took them a while to make the bbt.

We come here minimum 2x a week with our 2 year old and 2 month old. They know us by now. Best boba in San Francisco, and the most friendly staff. Follow them on instagram for specials and the insider scoop! They change it up monthly and often do 1 day special drinks which are always awesome. You can also call in advance if need be.
I ordered the Black Bunni and it was not sweet at all. The place looks like they are barely moving. Esthetics rating a 1 star. If the place looks grungy it makes me wonder how clean they are. Will not return.

I never noticed this cute little storefront on Balboa, it's very unsuspecting. The menu isn't huge but my brother and I decided to both try the black bunni with the tea latte. He got it with almond milk and grass jelly and I got mine with regular milk and boba. The pluses for this place are that the cups are so adorable! And the person at the register was very nice and helpful. But unfortunately that's all I really felt was great about this boba shop. The drink itself tasted sooooo watered down! I noticed a few people mentioning this in other reviews, but I didn't even customize the sweetness at all and it tastes like 50% at any other shop. My brother agreed and the brown sugar flavor was very minimal at best. Maybe I'd come back and try another type of drink but I wouldn't get the black bunni again.

BobaBunni is my favorite boba shop in the city! their boba is some of the best i've had and i love the quality of their teas, especially the matcha--i'm a huge matcha fan and pretty picky about it, but theirs is really high-quality. they're doing a matcha series all this month which has basically been a dream come true for me; i can't stop getting the strawberry matcha w/ lychee jelly and oat milk! KT, their regular cashier, is also the best. he goes above and beyond every time and makes me never want to stop coming to BobaBunni :)

Loved the drink. First timer. The way they were able to separate the tea with the milk and keep its consistency was amazing. I walked with it for a little while before opening it up to drink it & it didn't disappear (the separation). However, I was a little upset that when I placed an order, 2 other people ahead of me, got their order before mine. I felt that they should of served based on the customer who came first rather than the quickest one available because I waited over 10 minutes and when I had ordered, there was no one else. It also would of been nice if it was a dine in option or being able to order at the counter. Unfortunately, due to their safety precautions, that wasn't an option. But... I would come back here again and not just write this place off bc the drinks were good, despite its service

BobaBunni got me through lockdown no joke. They were the closest boba spot that I could walk to and it was a super nice experience to be able to leave my home safely, get some exercise, and reward myself with some yummy boba! The workers were always really nice and I enjoyed listening to their kpop playlist while waiting for my drinks. The drinks themselves aren't amazing, but the boba itself tasted good and I don't have complaints about their tea. I don't care for super strong tea flavors unless its a Hong Kong milk tea anyway. I would mostly get the tea lattes or the Black Bunni and I was satisfied each time. I usually got my order extra sweet because that's just how I like it--what can ya do?
