Great spot I love to go for lunch, the owner is so welcoming and the food is fast!
Spring rolls were really fresh and delicious, but only one person working on a Saturday and waited a ling time to get food despite not being busy

For the price, this is the most sad vietnamese meal we have ever had!
We Ordered beef pho, duck sandwhich & shrimp spring rolls. Pho broth definitely 101% tasted like bland chicken both with 2 small pieces of cilantro.
Sandwhich was with overly dried microwaved duck pieces, no pickled carrots or radish or herbs, just lettuce onion and another 2 pieces of cilantro
The spring roll was the same thing, no herbs, just lettuce and 2 pieces of half sliced shrimp

Bowls tastes great. Flavorful fresh and balanced. Can’t beat with any other Vietnamese I’ve had recently

Decent, but far from life-changing, this neighborhood Vietnamese will satisfy a fix in an area with such few Southeast Asian options.
Bun Bo Danang, a less lemongrass spicy version of its distant Hue cousin. Clean broth, but not much more to say.
The old lady chef-operator is darling sweet. Ample outdoor seating.

I'm lucky to live close to this super cute and quiet corner spot with big windows that make you feel like part of the neighborhood. I tend toward vegetarian but I recently treated myself to the vermicelli with duck and I'm glad I did. My friend's duck banh mi was good too: tasty moist/crispy duck with good proportions on a fresh toasty roll. The owner is sweet and attentive and clearly cares about the food and your experience.

If you want a dry, over- microwaved banh mi sandwich, then head-on-down.
Super dry meat.
No cilantro.
No mayo.
Very minimal pickled vegetables.
Just dry and not very good.
The lady was nice, but the place looked as rundown and dry as my sandwich.
$20 bucks down the drain....

We are so lucky to have this in the neighborhood! I came in here after a recent trip to Vietnam and had a great chat with Thuy about the street dishes I missed the most. She made the Banh Xeo crepe with all the typical sides and it was pretty amazing. I'm looking forward to going back to eat my way through the rest of the menu.

Small place with delicious food. Simple and straightforward. We enjoyed all our food - chicken pho and beef pho (both broths were delicious), a tofu & mushroom vermicelli bowl, and fresh rolls. Would definitely come back.

This is not some fancy place! You go for the food and the fact that there’s one woman working the place who clearly takes a lot of pride in her work. I got the duck bahn mi and a Vietnamese ice coffee and my friend go the veggie spring rolls. All was awesome!! My only complaint was my two things were $32 all in (was expecting more like $25). Would go again!
