The food is amazing! We got the Ceviche Limeño de Tuna as our appetizer. It was delicious, a beautiful lemony tang. One of the best tiger milks I’ve had in the USA.As our main entre we had La Gran Jalea and Lomo Saltado. It is a huge portion and would recommend as a family dish. You can share with +4 people it’s a grand portion. All the seafood that comes in the dish is fried and crispy. The sauces are everything, but do not miss out on the salad that comes with the dish! It compliments the fried food well! The lomo saltado was so tender and juicy. The vegetables and fries keep their integrity which is sometimes hard to do with Lomo Saltado. Highly recommend! The service was also swift and attentive. The ambiance is lively with great Latin hits. I’d recommend for a girls night out to get the vibes started.

They have a unique cuisine and offer a variety of dishes. I enjoyed the ambiance, and the prices are moderate. It's a great place to visit in the evenings!

First timers!! Food was so good here. We started off with the empanada sampler, and the classic ceviche. For our entrees I had the chicken skewers plate, and my friend had the Peruvian seafood rice, basically like a paella. Then to complete our meal, we both had desserts. I got the mango mousse cake, and she got the Tres Leches cake. Both were great, but if you want something lighter on the palette... I suggest the mango mousse. Service was excellent. She was so attentive, and friendly. It's a shame I can't f remember her name though. Ambiance was beautiful. Loved the vibrant lights, young vibe, and a very lively atmosphere. I highly recommend checking this place out. I will def be back. Conveniently close to 2 parking garages as well. So parking shouldn't be an issue in this area.

Delicious food. Stopped here each time we have been to SF. Tried the Ocopa, Clasico Cevice and the Camaron Anticuchos. Liked their Mango Mousse cake for desert. Do try their Homemade Chicha Morada. Wish they had fish dishes that wasn't humungous (whole fish).

Came in around 3, was sat immediately and my ceviche and empanadas were on my table 10 minutes after ordering them! Ordered a giant fish, forgot the name but man o man was it tasty! Didn't take a picture of a before, but here's an after! Also: Diet Coke in a CAN. Not that disgusting fountain bar gun stuff. Highly recommend!

Ambiance is nice but service is really bad. Dishes are expensive and food was overly saturated with soy sauce. Our main waiter completely forgot my order of yucca fries and a to-go box when I originally asked for one. The restaurant only had about 10 people max and the waiters were more distracted by their own conversations than actually providing good service. They were also taking shots behind the bar while working, highly unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this place at all. I'd suggest going to Mariposas Peruvian restaurant on Mission Street between 4th & 5th. They provide better service and tasteful food.

This place was great especially being so close to the convention center. It's truly a gem of a nice space, excellent food, and the perfect spot to take your clients or customers. We had some appetizers - all were quite good. I ended up getting the churrasco a lo pobre. The steak was done exactly how I asked and the rest of the dish really complemented it. For the appetizers, the empanadas were really good and not as 'doughy' as you sometimes get. The scallops and ocopa are definitely worth considering as well.

The food and service are top notch especially at this price point. I highly recommend the fish platter for 2 people, but if you want it come early as it runs out. The ceviche is good as well with a diverse selection. The decorations are very fun. Some of the best sangria I've had out too.

10/10 ceviche mixto 10/10 causa de camarones/shrimp. Good relaxed service. Doesn't get better than this. Found this place randomly on Yelp and if you come you won't regret it. A must try, very nice ambient as well.

I recently dined at Bacado restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by both the exceptional service and the delectable cuisine. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, allowing me to fully enjoy my meal without any interruptions. As for the food, every dish I tried was a culinary delight, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, Bacado is definitely worth a visit.
