Just came here with my girlfriend just to grab some pho, but the atmosphere and adventurous menu turned this into a date. I guess earlier in the day it's a regular pho restaurant, but at night it has a different kind of vibe, especially with the menu. The service was hella good and Lina our server gave us outstanding service. Will be coming back here soon! 😁

I went in kind of late looking for some phó to warm up and the bartender, Conor, told me about their specials not on the menu. Braised beef rib caught my attention. After looking at the menu, i ordered the special. I regret not getting a picture of this one. One rib, perfectly portioned into bite size pieces with some veggies on the side. This was the MOST incredible beef rib i have ever had... EVER! I also ordered a side of mushrooms that were good but the rib had all of my attention! Everything was delicious! It doesn't sound like much but there was more than enough and i left wanting nothing more than a bed. I would definitely, highly recommend this place! It is probably a little pricey for some but so worth the money. If you are a true foodie, this is a must!

A frequent go to restaurant for us in the area. Every dish is so flavorful. Highly recommend the Bo Tai Chanh, Bun Cha, short rib Bo Kho, and you can’t miss the pandan cake with lychee ice cream. Incredible!!

My friends and I had an amazing dining experience at Bodega SF! The Bun Cha was a standout the pork was perfectly caramelized, complemented by fresh herbs and a delicious, tangy fish sauce. The Mac Khem lamb chops were equally impressive it was tender, juicy, and wonderfully seasoned. The bar staff was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us select the perfect dishes. Highly recommended!
The bun cha at Bodega SF was one of the top three dishes during a culinary excursion while visiting SF. A fantastic blend of flavors that I wish I could accurately recreate at home.
Expensive but delicious elevated Vietnamese food. The beef carpaccio and the mushroom side dishes were my faves from the assortment my table chose. The pork bun cha was a delight too.
Only criticism was the 6% surcharge. A bit excessive. The food was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful though. So I’ll look past it this one time.

We had the banh cuon rice wrapper rolls, Vietnamese chicken, shaking beef salad, and dry hu tieu a pork and seafood soup dish. All were well made with high quality ingredients with the meats being lean and flavorful. The dishes were well prepared and very tasty. The prices for lunch were higher than I usually pay but quite justified.

Food was really great across the board. Tiger prawns and mushrooms were a highlight, while the special of a braised short rib was also excellent. Food quality is excellent, although definitely on the pricier side. If you're shopping for something a little more upscale it's great, but for the same food at a more reasonable price there are tons of options.
