After eating their specialty miso salmon bagel, I understood the magic Remi felt when trying cheese with strawberries in Ratatouille - bright yellow and red flavor swirls dancing in his head. It’s magical - and transforms when you add the glaze. Pricing is a bit steep for what you get, but it’s on the right side of that line. Jersey girl certified solid bagel 🥯

Service was quick and curt; atmosphere is grab-and-go oriented.

Not sure why the reviews are so low because this place is awesome. Lissa at the counter is a sweetheart and will make good recommendations.

Best bagel in downtown SF, hands down. Love that they have vegan cream cheese.

As far as bagels go this is pretty below average … everything bagel toasted was so chewy that I had trouble finishing… chives spread super salty… limited bagel choice too

By far one of my favorite bagels in the city. I always check their daily special and order it when I get on my bus, its always ready when I get there!

Bagels are mid. Super dense and stale.

My biggest gripe though, was the service. They were out of 50% of things on the menu in the morning but the person at the register gave me so much attitude when I just asked her what they did have in stock. Also felt so judged when I asked what was on one of the bagels like she didn’t want to serve me?

Never again. Not trying to pay $6 for a dense bagel to get that kind of treatment for no reason.

It's just ok. Nothing mind blowing. Got an everything bagel with chive cream cheese for just under $6.

Boichik in Downtown San Francisco. Opened early, and delicious. We had an early morning so this won the vote. No wait, many bagels to chose from. So soft and chewy. They gave us everything we wanted. Clean and quick and easy. Thank you for the fresh bagel sammie!!

Egg salad, Tuna salad, cucumbers on a toasted sesame bagel. Outstanding!!

Great way to start the day with a bagel sandwich. Didn't skimp on the cream cheese or the toppings. Quick and friendly service. Bit of a line, but they work fast.

Have eaten Boichik bagels several times. Quality is inconsistent. Prices are way too high for bagels. For the prices they are charging the bagels should be excellent each time, that's not the case

**disclaimer this is a review from a bagel snob**
Listen, Boichik does have great bagels but that assumes you are getting a fresh Boichik bagel made onsite. The bagels at the fidi location are not made onsite like they are at the OG Berkeley location, which are phenomenal. When you tear them open steam comes out and you are filled with bagel joy. That same joy does not exist here. Still a decent bagel but if you want the real deal find a Boichik with bagels made fresh onsite.

Obnoxiously loud music blasting from a huge speaker outside the door on the sidewalk and next to an outdoor seating area where people are trying to take a lunch break. Bagels are average. Go to Wise Sons.

Typical chain bagel spot.

Under toasted round bread with too much smear to cover the blah 🥯. Also stop blaring your terrible music into a public space
