January 2025: Came here for dinner on a Friday night. Got here early because I heard it gets busy. This is an all you can eat hot pot place that has a 90 minute limit.
Overall, food was pretty good. We had 4 soup bases: miso, chicken, tom yum, teriyaki broth. I liked the chicken base the best.
We had a wide range of meat: chicken, beef, lamb. We also tried the egg noodles and vermicelli noodles. Everything was pretty tasty 😋.
Beer options complimented the food well. Would come back again for more hot pot.

Love coming to this hot pot spot. They are extremely efficient, you order off an IPad and get to choose 4 broths (such variety!). Their service is very prompt, you get your food within 10 mins of sitting down and take your time waiting for the broths to boil.
Their selection of hot pot items is great for the price- my favourites are the bean curds, seaweed, beef tendon and tripe. They give generous amounts of each item with each order, which is nice so you lessen the amount of time you would need to re-order.
A note that their AYCE price does not include any desserts like most other places do. This might contribute to their slightly lower pricing but not a big deal if you care more about quality hot pot.

Great and fast service, you can order on the little electronic pad next to the tables whatever meat or veg you like. It's barely a wait to get your ordered meats and soups if you space it out to 3 ~ 4 dishes at a time. I had the Miso, Chicken Broth, and Spicy soup for the hot pot, all of which were delicious.

Great service! We love Boiling Pot, the food is amazing for a cook yourself experience. The selection of ingredients is very good, there's meat and vegan options. The servers are really nice and attentive. The atmosphere is okay,they have a range of music playing, it does get steamy!!!<3

It’s RUDE to tell customers they will be fined for not finishing their food while they are still eating, especially when it’s already written all over the walls and in the menu.
It ruined the mood for all of us after having a great day in SF. Won’t go there again.
