Placed an order in store, 20 minutes later when I checked in they said “it will be ready soon.” 45 minutes later the staff had no idea what happened to the order. Cool.

Awful Service. Skipped my order and had me waiting for 30 minutes for nothing! I have asked multiple times and they just kept me waiting! Terrible customer experience!

I ordered my food online and paid for it. Between making the order and trying to get to the restaurant I twisted my knee and could not walk, without great pain. I tried to call them repeatedly to cancel the order they did not pick up their phone. I've been at the store twice now for them to either provide me with the food that I paid for or issue me a refund, I was refused. As of right now the manager at the store would not provide me with the person in charge over her. I put the dispute on their contact form and they said they will be in touch, no call back yet.
