I have recently visited this Bonchon chicken spot with a friend for lunch. We had a to go order and had to wait some time because they were busy. My chicken wings were good but a bit too dry on the inside. Octopus balls were not what I expected and they were drizzled in the sauce which overpowered the entire dish. Bulgogi fries were a miss because it felt like the meat was dry and the fries were left to wish the best. Overall it was okay but I would definitely try other options for next time.

Always I have to wait more than 20 mins when I take order form this store

Food was good, although one piece of chicken had no sauce on it. However, it took much too long. It was a busy time, but I had to wait 40 minutes to receive my order, and everyone waiting for their food was obviously very annoyed. As a fast food counter in a food court, no one expects to wait that long. They need to figure out a way to increase the speed in the kitchen.

The fried chicken is THE BEST. But they really need one more person handling the orders while the cashiers help the customers. The wait during conventions is insane.

This is more about the service. The food is fine, but it's fast food. We waited 50 minutes to get our food. I get it, there's a big convention going on and tons of people, but what we witnessed taking place here can only be described as a glorious s$!t show. You order from a kiosk that apparently the humans working behind the counter can't throttle or pause orders on. Three people working up front "expediting" got really turned around and behind about 5 minutes after we ordered which resulted in tickets and food from the kitchen pilling up at the window. One of the employees was going through their system marking orders complete and ready so we were all getting text to pick up our order. When we went to retrieve our order they couldn't find it or told us it was ready. One of the guys was just taking bagged orders from the front to the back kitchen. People started stopping them because they could see their order number on the side and he just looked so confused. Once we got our order it was missing half the food and had things we didn't order. There was no time to get our money back. We had to get to our next appointment.

If I could go lower than a 1 star, I would. I do not know how you can be in a food court next to a convention center and still not know how to handle a mass lunch rush. I literally waited for 50 minutes for my food. I got the chicken but not the daikon. My order number was 244, but they started handing out orders for the 260s!!! WTF. Absolute chaos in fulfilling orders that you literally order with a touch screen. Never again. Missed out on my lunch meeting being an actual lunch meeting. We stood talking while waiting for our food.

If you're looking for a bite to eat before catching a film at AMC or perhaps you want a snack after visiting the SF MOMA, Bonchon is a good place to check out. Orders are placed at a kiosk. The time to prep the food took awhile despite not being busy, but it was worth the wait. The fries were hot and tasty. The soy garlic glazed wings were delicious!!! There were tons of tables to sit at.

First time trying Bonchon and this was a winner in my book. There's not many places to eat in the area like it used to be, so this one kinda just hit all the right spots when I tried it last week. I ordered on their kiosk and had my food in about fifteen minutes (it was a huge order). I had the yamchan I believe they were called wings and drumsticks and they were hot and tasty. A side of rice as well as some fries on the side. It was a bit pricey, but I don't always eat out. This is definitely a spot I'd like to try again and try more things off the menu!

Bro it's bonchon. Can I just cut and paste that over and over again? No. Yelp knew I would try.

This spot is in a food hall in downtown Sf, and you order at little touch screen kiosks. It gives a long wait time for your food but the meal actually came out fairly quick. I got the ten piece Korean fried chicken with kbbq, a side of cole slaw and a side of spicy Mayo. The wings came out fresh and crispy and absolutely hit. The spicy Mayo was a good addition and I even added a little to the cole slaw to give it some kick. They have other stuff on the menu like bulgogi fries and shui mai I would def come back to try too

Worst Bonchon ever. Ordering is all digital but the staff still sucks and they take too long to get the food ready.
