Slow-cooked pulled lamb with lacto-fermented pepper dressing, caramelized onion, and arugula in a brioche bun.

Boochmania sliders of your choice; lentil miso slider; a lentil and bulgur patty lightly fermented with white miso. Including arugula, red onion, and dairy-free Boochmania remoulade dressing pulled meat slider; a slow-cooked pulled lamb with house-made caramelized onions and lacto-fermented pepper dressing in a steamed bao bun.

I ordered a Lentil miso patty burger and it was absolutely delicious. The patty tasted fresh and soft on the inside. It is a great alternative to impossible patty, that I always look for. Overall, it’s a great vegetarian option. The Ginger Sage Kombucha was also very refreshing.

Boochmania achieves the golden trifecta of gloriously tasty food, cute decor, and vibey music. They brew delicious kombucha and five flavors were available on tap. It was wonderful chatting with the owner, hearing his experiences in the Bay Area, and sampling the various kombucha flavors. Turkish coffee was such a lovely touch too. Thank you for being such an awesome spot and looking forward to more visits!

Very nice, warm ambience, great music selection and super nice service. Most food was exceptional; i ordered the shakshuka and the lamb kebab, which came with bulgur, chickpeas and roasted peppers. The lamb wasn’t for me; the dish is named “kebab” but it’s not a shish kebab, it’s pulled lamb, and it was quite chewy, I struggled to finish it – a bit unexpected and disappointing. Portions are large.
