I ordered online and I changed the address three different times and it still sent my order to the wrong location and when I called they wouldn’t cancel my order. I’m very disappointed will never order from here again. They are stealing people’s money.

I love this bakery and used to eat at Boudin bakery a lot. The clam chowder in a bread bowl I had delivered from here really hit the spot and I can see myself continuing to order lunch at this place and other Boudin bakery locations in this city. I highly recommend people eat here. The ambience of the place also looks amazing from pictures from this location I have seen. I give them 40 stars ⭐️

Small little shop with no room to dine in. I had the chicken pesto sandwich and even though the sourdough was delicious, I could not really taste the pesto.

This lil place is so sad. It essentially depleted our appetite. We ordered a pesto sandwich and there was zero pesto in it. I wonder why they just didn't state that they are out of pesto and I should order something else. The bread was super stale and too hard to bite into. There is no seating, and also no kids menu here like they have at other sour boudin locations. Our reaction was that perhaps this location should be closed or remodeled or retrained to help the overall brand.

We had to try authentic sourdough bread in San Francisco! Boudin's does its baking on the premises, and it has fresh and delicious items.

They got my order wrong. I ordered a deluxe French dip sandwich on sliced sourdough and they gave me a roll. It was it to go order so it was disappointing when I found out that I had the wrong sandwich. It was busy on a Monday at 1 pm so there were folks waiting inside and outside and you can’t tell who is in line or not.

I'm from the Wales UK, first time in San francisco and so glad we stumbled upon Boudin's Bakery the Sourdough bread was amazing 👏 worth the wait. I had an enormous sandwich and my husband had the bread soup bowl. I wish you guys were in the uk.

Delicious tuna sandwich
The locals location (not crazy busy) Fair prices, amazing sandwiches ($10.99 to $14.99) and even sourdough pizza at this location! I still need to try the mac and cheese.
Try the multigrain bread with the turkey sandwich. Hard to beat how fresh the bread is.
Also cookies and brownie bars!
Clam chowder in the can. Don't waste your money on this to go item. Unless you want potato soup. Sorry to say that we are disappointed in your clam chowder. We bought it to enjoy at our house but instead of clams we got potato's. Missing several flavors except for the potato's, please add some clams.
Got clam chowder in a bread, was great, huge piece of bread
Only downside is that you can not dine-in
