I cannot speak for the rest of the food, but I came here solely because some reviews gave their burger high praise… and honestly? It’s pretty great for an airport burger. I am surprisingly impressed. The flavor profile is great. The burger has this smoky taste to it that when blended with the flavor of the melted cheese really hits the spot. Additionally, the burger had a great sear / char to it and was cooked medium rare as requested.

Caught a bite here before a redeye going back east. I knew I had plenty of time, but wanted somewhere close to the gate that I could sit down, open my computer, and get some work done with a drink, and some food. As a vegetarian, the options here were extremely limited. The initial service was great, however, in order to get anybody to come back to my table, I had to make eye contact and give them a hand signal, which was slightly annoying, as I was trying to focus on work. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Bourbon Burger was excellent 👌. Service was fast, friendly, pleasant, and courteous. It’s on the pricey side, but well worth it.
